Mr. Anshul Chamaria, a young, dynamic, hard working personality graduated from Calcutta University, known in steel industry for his outstanding contribution in forging of steels. His Forging units AMIC Forging (P) Ltd and Mackeil Ispat (P) Ltd are the leading forging industry of eastern India and known all over India in heavy engineering forms. He is also an executive member of Tools and Alloy Steel Association.

Mrs. Rashmi Chamaria, an Arts (Honours) graduate from Calcutta University, is a non executive director of the company. She is associated with Associated Manufacture & Industries Corporation since 2004. She is having wide experience in the field of steel forging in Iron and steel sector. She is also associated with many cultural and social organizations.

Mr. Parma Nand Gupta, is a Bachelor of Engineering in mechanical from Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra, Ranchi and PG Diploma in Management from XLRI, Jamshedpur. He has served as work study Engineer in Texmaco Limited and then was became senior Divisional Manager in Tubes Division, Tata Steel, Jamshedpur. He was also associated as head, improvement of Ferro alloys and Minerals Division, Tata Steel, Kolkata.

Pravin Poddar (FCA), is a renowned expert on taxation matters. He holds an extensive experience of 12 years in tax assessments and consultancy, finance, accountancy, audit and Business Advisory matters. During his illustrious career he has assisted and successfully represented several corporates at various levels of authority with the Income Tax Department. His areas of expertise includes accountancy, audit, bank finance Transaction Advisory, and taxation.
