Our annual Production Facility & capacity for manufacturing and processing forgings is 20000 M. Tons. We have complete state-of-the-art in-house facilities, Designing, Shearing and Cutting, Press & Hammer Forging, Heat Treatment, Shot Blasting, CNC Machining including Turning & Milling.
Well-planned contingency planning is our strength and we have appropriate power backup and company-owned vehicles for uninterrupted and on-time delivery. Also, we have one of the best IT infrastructures in the forging industry for effective and efficient communication between stakeholders.

Forging Unit
A Heavy Forging unit having under noted equipments.

- 1 M/ton capacity Pneumatic Hammer
Each hammer run with support of Manipulator with 3 Overhead Cranes, Jib Cranes, 3 oil fired furnace (Temperature controlled) with all necessary accessories.
Heat Treatment Plant
Oil Bogie Hearth Automatically Controlled Furnace with Four Point Recording Arrangement & Temperature graph indicator/Recorder with water and oil quenching arrangement.
